Dedicated to assisting companies and individuals, we are administrative lawyer who specialize in visa (residence) application services for foreign nationals in Japan.<\/p>\n

During the more than twenty years since we opened for business in 2002, our duties have mainly involved visa (residence) applications for foreign nationals, support for investments in Japan, and dealing with traffic accidents involving foreign nationals.<\/p>\n

Visa (residence) applications for foreign nationals, however, is only a part of the legal matters that concern foreign companies and foreign nationals who come to Japan. Meeting the client\u2019s needs, our office provides a one-stop solution for setting up a base in Japan, including advice on compliance with taxation, and social insurance and labor obligations.<\/p>\n

We can respond both in Japanese and English. The head of the company has studied in America and was resident abroad for five years. Drawing on a network of experts from all over the world, upon request, the office can deal with overseas matters in foreign countries.<\/p>\n

At reasonable cost, we promptly and accurately meet the needs of our clients. With a declining birthrate and aging population, Japan will need to encourage foreign nationals to stay, and so the administration of immigration and policies concerning the residence of foreign nationals are likely to change more than they have in the past.
